Tacos Alex takes pride in serving authentic Tacos, Burritos, Quesadillas, and Tortas. The menu boasts a delightful selection of meats, including grilled steak, grilled chicken, al pastor, cows head (cabeza), and a vegetarian option featuring grilled cactus.
Our tacos are crafted with handmade corn tortillas, with a flour tortilla alternative available. Each taco is topped with cilantro, onion, and your choice of green or red salsa.
All burritos come with Mexican rice and beans, along with your choice of meat. We will also offer a veggie burrito with bell peppers, rice, beans, mushroom, carrot, brocolli, cauliflower, and potato. Meanwhile, our quesadillas are filled with Oaxaca cheese and the same variety of meats for a delicious experience. Tortas, a Mexican sandwich served on a telera, along with your choice of meat, beans, Oaxaca cheese.
Carne Asada
Premium steak marinated in spices, charred to smoky perfection over high heat. Simple, bold, and incredibly flavorful. chopped into small pieces and served on warm corn or flour tortillas.
Al Pastor
A crowd favorite. Thinly sliced marinated popular Mexican dish consisting of marinated pork, It features a savory flavor profile from a marinade of dried chilies, spices, providing a tender texture with caramelized crispy edges.

Cabeza (Spanish for "head") in Mexican cuisine refers to the meat from a roasted or slow-steamed cow's head. It's incredibly tender, richly flavored, and succulent meat.
Grilled Cactus
Our signature vegetarian option. Tender cactus pads seasoned with sea salt and grilled until charred. They are prized for their meaty, veggie texture—often described as a mix between green beans and asparagus.
